Exchange & Return

At OLKAP, we stand by the boldness and brilliance of our products - crafted with care, made to last, and designed to make a statement. However, if something doesn’t quite align with your space or expectations, we’re here to make it right.

We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • The request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.
  • The item is not a part of a discounted, or final sale collection. 

To initiate a request, please email us at info@olkap.com with your order details and photos/videos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

 Valid Reasons for Exchange or Return 

  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product arrived with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit.
  • The product does not match the specifications shared at the time of purchase. 

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation and product availability. 

Refunds 

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Return Logistics

  • We offer pickup services in select locations. In other areas, we may request customers to self-ship the product with secure packaging.
  • OLKAP is not responsible for damage during return transit due to improper packing. 

Exceptions

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for: 

  • Items bought on sale or during special promotional events.
  • Products that show signs of use or installation
