Delivery Timelines

We ship all orders through registered courier partners for deliveries within India.
- Domestic Orders: Delivered within 12–15 business days.
- Pre-orders: Delivered within 60 days, based on product-specific timelines.
Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not counted as working days for standard deliveries.
Shipping of Products
All OLKAP orders are carefully processed and dispatched directly from our warehouse. Your product will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure that the address, pin code, and contact number are correct to avoid delays or delivery issues.
Tracking Your Package
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details via email. You can use this information to track the shipment directly through the courier partner’s website. For any issues with tracking, feel free to get in touch at info@olkap.com.
Non-Availability on Delivery
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If you are unavailable during both attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. To avoid this, please ensure someone is available to receive the order and that your shipping details are complete and accurate.
